Heb jij een stevige achtergrond als lasser en kijk je verder dan alleen het laswerk zelf? Ben jij een geboren leider met een passie voor staalconstructies? Voor een vestiging in Eeklo zijn we op zoek naar een QC Inspector Lassen die zijn technische kennis wil inzetten om de kwaliteit van onze laswerken en projecten mee naar een hoger niveau te tillen.

In deze functie combineer je je ervaring als lasser met kwaliteitscontrole, technische opvolging en verbeteringswerk. Je krijgt daarbij een functie met verantwoordelijkheid én de ruimte om zelf mee te denken.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je voert visuele kwaliteitscontroles uit op afgewerkte stukken aan de hand van de werkhuistekeningen.
  • Je volgt herstelwerken op en controleert of deze correct zijn uitgevoerd.
  • Tijdens het productieproces voer je tussentijdse inspecties uit en stuur je bij waar nodig.
  • Je registreert en rapporteert je vaststellingen, controles en vrijgaves.
  • Je denkt actief mee over manieren om de kwaliteit en werkprocessen verder te verbeteren en formuleert hiervoor zelf voorstellen.
  • Je waakt mee over de naleving van de VGM- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften in de ateliers.
  • Je voert lastesten uit en staat mee in voor de bijhorende certificering.
  • Dankzij jouw ervaring deel je jouw technische kennis en expertise met collega's en help je hen om kwaliteitsgericht te werken.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring als lasser, bij voorkeur met MIG/MAG halfautomaat.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van verschillende lasprocessen en lasposities.
  • Je kunt laswerken technisch beoordelen en weet waar mogelijke verbeterpunten liggen.
  • Je hebt een scherp oog voor detail en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de kwaliteit van je werk.
  • Kwaliteit is voor jou geen formaliteit: je volgt procedures en werkinstructies nauwgezet op.
  • Je vindt het fijn om jouw kennis en ervaring door te geven aan collega's.
  • Je bent communicatief, sociaal en durft zaken bespreekbaar te maken wanneer de kwaliteit niet aan de verwachtingen voldoet.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt georganiseerd.
  • Kennis van het Duits en/of Duitse normen is mooi meegenomen.
