Wat ga je doen? Als kwaliteitsmedewerker laswerk gebruik je jouw ervaring om te beoordelen of constructies correct opgebouwd en afgewerkt zijn.

Jouw taken:

  • Je controleert laswerken en metalen constructies op kwaliteit.
  • Je kijkt of stukken overeenkomen met technische plannen.
  • Je beoordeelt lasnaden vanuit jouw jaren praktijkervaring.
  • Je voert controles en metingen uit.
  • Je merkt afwijkingen snel op en bespreekt oplossingen met productie.
  • Je helpt mee om fouten te voorkomen en processen te verbeteren.
  • Je ondersteunt collega's met jouw technische kennis.

Hier gaat het niet om vinkjes zetten op een checklist. Het gaat om iemand die weet hoe degelijk metaalwerk eruit hoort te zien.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een technisch bedrijf waar ervaring geen einddatum heeft. Hier wordt gekeken naar wat mensen kunnen en hoe hun kennis het best ingezet wordt.
