Voor onze productieomgeving zijn we op zoek naar een kwaliteitscontroleur die mee waakt over de kwaliteit van de geproduceerde materialen.

Als kwaliteitscontroleur volg je de kwaliteit tijdens het productieproces nauwkeurig op. Je controleert de producten volgens de geldende kwaliteitsvoorschriften, merkt afwijkingen tijdig op en zorgt ervoor dat deze correct worden geregistreerd en gemeld.

Je werkt nauw samen met de collega's binnen productie en speelt een belangrijke rol in het garanderen van een constante en betrouwbare productkwaliteit.

Takenpakket:

  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles tijdens het productieproces.
  • Controleren van afgewerkte producten op zichtbare afwijkingen en kwaliteit.
  • Vergelijken van producten en resultaten met de vooropgestelde kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Tijdig herkennen en signaleren van afwijkingen of mogelijke kwaliteitsproblemen.
  • Correct registreren van controles en resultaten via digitale systemen.
  • Rapporteren van afwijkingen aan de verantwoordelijke collega's.
  • Overleggen met productie wanneer er kwaliteitsproblemen worden vastgesteld.
  • Correct opvolgen van de geldende kwaliteits- en veiligheidsprocedures.
  • Mee zorgen voor een nette, veilige en kwalitatieve productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, zowel gesproken als geschreven. Dit is essentieel voor veiligheid, werkinstructies, registraties en communicatie.
  • Je werkt zeer nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je kan afwijkingen opmerken en durft deze tijdig te signaleren.
  • Je bent in staat om kwaliteitsgegevens correct te registreren en hebt een basiskennis van digitale toepassingen.
  • Je bent fysiek goed in orde en kan werken in een industriële productieomgeving.
  • Je bent niet allergisch aan glasvezel.
  • Je kan kleuren correct onderscheiden en beschikt over voldoende zicht om visuele kwaliteitsafwijkingen te detecteren.
  • Je hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en begrijpt het belang van kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar overlegt ook vlot met collega's binnen productie.
  • Je bent flexibel, betrouwbaar en op zoek naar een stabiele job op lange termijn.
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in 2 ploegen: Vroege ploeg: 05u00 – 13u00 Late ploeg: 13u00 – 21u00
