Je gaat aan de slag bij een financieel gezond familiebedrijf met jarenlange ervaring in de productie van linnen en geweven stoffen. Het volledige productieproces vindt plaats op één locatie. Daardoor krijg je de kans om verschillende stappen van het productieproces te leren kennen en te begrijpen hoe een kwaliteitsvol eindproduct tot stand komt. Je werkt samen met collega's die hun kennis delen en elkaar ondersteunen. Nieuwe medewerkers krijgen de nodige begeleiding om het werk goed aan te leren en zich op hun eigen tempo te ontwikkelen. Zo bouw je niet alleen ervaring op, maar kun je ook echt groeien in het vak.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je controleert ruw linnen en geweven stoffen op fouten en onregelmatigheden en je herstelt kleine beschadigingen met de nodige precisie
  • Je inspecteert afgewerkte stoffen op kleur, structuur en algemene kwaliteit en je merkt afwijkingen op en geeft deze correct door aan je collega's
  • Je werkt samen met het team om de kwaliteit van het productieproces te bewaken
  • Je leert verschillende stoffen, weeftechnieken en afwerkingsmethodes kennen
  • Je krijgt de ruimte om ervaring op te bouwen en je kennis verder uit te breiden. Zo word je stap voor stap sterker in je vak
  • Je hebt oog voor detail en merkt kleine afwijkingen snel op
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar overlegt ook vlot met collega's en je communiceert in het Nederlands of Engels voor een vlotte communicatie met je collega's
  • Ervaring in de textielsector of in een technische productieomgeving is mooi meegenomen
