Zie jij een foutje waar iemand anders gewoon voorbij kijkt? Als kwaliteitscontroleur controleer je stoffen op afwijkingen, herstel je fouten waar mogelijk en registreer je wat je vaststelt. Je start met een grondige opleiding en leert zo stap voor stap de verschillende producten en kwaliteiten kennen.

Wat ga je doen?

Je start in de stopperij. Daar gebeurt de eerste kwaliteitscontrole van de geweven stoffen.

• Je controleert weefsels zorgvuldig op fouten en afwijkingen

• Je herstelt fouten met naald en draad

• Je registreert vastgestelde fouten in het systeem

• Je leert tijdens je opleiding de verschillende stoffen en kwaliteitsnormen kennen

• Je werkt geconcentreerd en neemt de tijd om correct te controleren

Na je opleiding in de stopperij kun je ook aan de slag in de rollerij. Daar gebeurt een tweede kwaliteitscontrole nadat de stoffen extern behandeld werden.

• Je controleert de afgewerkte rollen opnieuw op kwaliteit

• Je zorgt mee voor het correct verpakken van de rollen

Het is dus geen klassieke productiefunctie waarbij vooral snelheid telt. Een scherp oog, geduld en nauwkeurigheid zijn hier minstens even belangrijk.

Wie zoeken we echt?

• Je werkt erg nauwkeurig en kunt je goed concentreren

• Je kunt overweg met naald en draad

• Je hebt oog voor kleine fouten en details

• Je hebt ervaring met of duidelijke interesse in linnen stoffen

• Je kunt je goed uitdrukken in het Nederlands

• Kwaliteit afleveren vind je belangrijker dan iets snel snel afwerken

Er wordt geen specifieke technische opleiding gevraagd. Handigheid, concentratie en interesse in textiel zijn hier veel belangrijker.
