The posting

Je combineert werkvloercontroles (ongeveer 80%) met administratieve opvolging (ongeveer 20%). In onze productieomgeving van 7°C gaat het er dynamisch aan toe – geen enkele dag is hetzelfde.

  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteitsnormen doorheen het volledige proces en voert daarbij visuele steekproeven uit – zo zorg jij ervoor dat elke stap klopt.
  • Je controleert etiketten en volgt procedures strikt op, zodat onze producten altijd voldoen aan de juiste vereisten.
  • Wanneer ergens iets afwijkt, herken je dat snel en denk je actief mee na over oplossingen en verbeterkansen.
  • Je ondersteunt interne en externe audits (BRC, IFS, BIO, klantenaudits) en bent zo een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met kwaliteit te maken heeft.
  • Je helpt bij het verzamelen van gegevens en het opmaken van analyses en statistieken die het kwaliteitsteam ondersteunen.
  • Je versterkt het kwaliteitsbewustzijn op de werkvloer door collega’s te begeleiden, te sensibiliseren en hen mee te nemen in correcte werkwijzen.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt een kritische blik en oog voor detail.
  • Je communiceert vlot, nauwkeurig en constructief.
  • Je begrijpt dat kwaliteitszorg een directe impact heeft op klant én consument.
  • Ervaring met BRC- en/of IFS-normen is een plus, maar geen must – we leren je dit graag aan.
  • Je hebt een pragmatische, oplossingsgerichte mindset.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands en Engels goed, Frans is een troef.
  • Je bent bereid om dagelijks 4 à 5 uur controles uit te voeren in een productieomgeving van ongeveer 7°C.
