Voor een internationale productieonderneming, actief als wereldspeler binnen kunststofverpakkingen, zoeken wij een Kwaliteitscoördinator die mee instaat voor het borgen en verbeteren van de productkwaliteit binnen een moderne en sterk geautomatiseerde omgeving.

Jouw rol

Als Kwaliteitscoördinator ben jij de spilfiguur tussen productie en kwaliteit. Je combineert metingen, analyses en opvolging met duidelijke communicatie naar operatoren en management.

Concreet betekent dit dat je:

  • Dagelijks digitale metingen uitvoert op producten uit de spuitgietafdeling (3 ploegen) en automatische rapporten analyseert en bespreekt
  • Om de twee uur visuele inspectierondes uitvoert op kritische kwaliteitskenmerken per matrijs
  • Melt flow-analyses uitvoert op binnenkomende grondstoffen en instaat voor correcte registratie en silobeheer
  • Dagelijks stocktellingen uitvoert van blanco producten en materialen
  • Proceswijzigingen, kleur-, materiaal- en matrijswissels nauwgezet documenteert in een digitaal logboek
  • Het planbord dagelijks actualiseert
  • Maandelijks terugkerende kwaliteitsproblemen analyseert en oorzakelijke verbanden in kaart brengt
  • Toezicht houdt op correcte registratie van procesparameters en uitgevoerde testen
  • In de drukkerij controleert op naleving van werkvoorschriften, ergonomisch gebruik van hulpmiddelen en correcte instellingen
  • Steekproefsgewijs instelparameters en eindproducten controleert
  • Sporadisch rework-acties coördineert en hierover rapporteert
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en zelfstandig, met een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
  • Je hebt een scherp oog voor kwaliteit en detail
  • Je communiceert helder en kan bevindingen bondig rapporteren
  • Je bent besluitvaardig en handelt consequent
  • Je bent vlot met PC-toepassingen; kennis van Word en Excel is een plus
  • Ervaring in een productieomgeving is een vereiste.
