Krijg jij energie van het verbeteren van processen en het ondersteunen van teams bij kwaliteitsvraagstukken? Dan zoeken wij jou! Als kwaliteitsfunctionaris speel je een belangrijke rol in het waarborgen en verder ontwikkelen van de kwaliteit van zorg binnen de divisie Acute en Intensieve zorg van Rijnstate. Onze ambitie is helder: onze patiënten 24 uur per dag, 7 dagen per week de acute en intensieve zorg bieden die zij nodig hebben. Binnen de cardiologie betekent dit onder andere het toegankelijk houden van de Eerste Hart Hulp en het kunnen blijven bieden van acute dotterbehandelingen. Je bent een gesprekspartner voor de zorgprofessionals, het management en collega-kwaliteitsfunctionarissen. Je ondersteunt bij het verder ontwikkelen, implementeren en borgen van het kwaliteitssysteem en draagt actief bij aan het continu verbeteren van processen binnen tenminste de cardiologische afdelingen en de vakgroep cardiologie. Je schakelt tussen de dagelijkse praktijk en strategische vraagstukken. Je hebt de afdeling cardiologie als basis en draagt mede verantwoordelijkheid voor divisiebrede kwaliteitsvraagstukken en -samenhang. Daarbij weet je mensen te verbinden, kansen voor verbetering te signaleren en collega's mee te nemen in veranderingen. Werken op de afdeling Cardiologie De divisie Acute en Intensieve zorg bestaat, naast de cardiologie, uit: acute opname afdeling, geboortezorg, intensive care, medium care, kindergeneeskunde, psychiatrie, spoedeisende hulp, traumatologie en het vasculair centrum. Binnen de cardiologie zijn de volgende onderdelen: de poliklinieken met hartfunctieonderzoeken en verschillende themapoliklinieken zoals pacemakerpoli, hartfalenpoli en hartrevalidatiepoli.
