- ASVZ - Sliedrecht ( Zuid-Holland ) - Online sinds: vandaag ASVZ Als Kwaliteitsfunctionaris help je ASVZ iedere dag een stap beter te worden. Je adviseert managers en teamleiders, onderzoekt hoe processen slimmer en effectiever kunnen en zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteitsbeleid niet alleen op papier staat, maar ook echt werkt in de praktijk. Je bent analytisch, denkt in oplossingen en weet mensen mee te nemen in veranderingen. Wat ga je doen? Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - adviseren en ondersteunen van sectormanagers, teamleiders, managers van ondersteunende diensten, stuurgroepen en commissies op het gebied van kwaliteit; - analyseren van processen en kwaliteitsgegevens en deze vertalen naar concrete verbeteringen; - ontwikkelen, verbeteren en implementeren van beleid, processen, systemen en kwaliteitsinstrumenten; - schrijven van heldere beleidsstukken, procesbeschrijvingen en voorstellen in begrijpelijke taal; - begeleiden en coördineren van de implementatie van nieuw beleid en verbeterinitiatieven; - deelnemen aan of leidinggeven aan projecten, commissies en werkgroepen; - uitvoeren van incidentonderzoeken en adviseren over passende verbetermaatregelen. Wie ben jij? Jij bent een nieuwsgierige professional die graag onderzoekt hoe dingen beter kunnen. Je combineert een scherpe blik met sterke adviesvaardigheden en weet collega's op een positieve manier mee te nemen in veranderingen. Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen verschillende onderwerpen, houdt overzicht en voelt je thuis in een dynamische organisatie. Daarnaast breng je het volgende mee: - een hbo-werk- en -denkniveau; - kennis van kwaliteitsmanagement op hbo-niveau; - ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie; - kennis van zorgprocessen, projectmatig werken, Lean en Agile; ervaring met PRISMA of SIRE is een pré; - sterke analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om complexe vraagstukken snel te doorgronden; - overtuigingskracht en uitstekende adviesvaard...
