Jij bent, voor de CSA op de locaties Hoorn en Purmerend, degene die zorgt voor het bewaken, borgen en verbeteren van de kwaliteit van de zorg en dienstverlening. Daarnaast zorg je voor een goed verloop van het kwaliteitsborgingssysteem, volgt de eisen van de accrediterende instantie(s) en draagt ook zorg voor de bewaking hiervan. Je beschrijft diverse processen en past hier metingen op toe. Resultaten en eventuele aanbevelingen uit de metingen koppel je terug naar het management. Daarnaast bestaan jouw takenpakket en verantwoordelijkheden onder meer uit: - beheren van documenten in het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem; - deelnemen aan projecten voor verbetering van werkprocessen en het vastleggen hiervan in procedures en protocollen; - het management adviseren op het gebied van kwaliteitszorg en het motiveren, stimuleren en coachen van medewerkers in de uitvoering ervan; - opstellen van gestandaardiseerde (periodieke) overzichten en / of (management)rapportages; - uitvoeren van analyses en verstrekken van informatie en advies aan collega's, management en afdelingen. - kwaliteits- en/of certificeringsprojecten en audits coördineren. De afdeling Op de CSA (Centrale Sterilisatie Afdeling) en Logistiek OK, die deel uitmaken van het OK-complex, worden alle instrumenten die gebruikt worden op de operatiekamers, poliklinieken en verloskamers, gereinigd, gedesinfecteerd en gesteriliseerd en alle materiaal en middelen klaargezet voor de OK De teams bestaan uit 38 medewerkers.
