Kwaliteit is voor jou meer dan controleren of een product aan de gevraagde normen voldoet. Je zoekt actief naar verbeteringen en houdt ervan om technische vraagstukken op te lossen. Je weet de mensen mee te krijgen in een kwaliteitsgerichte aanpak.

Voor onze klant zijn we dus op zoek naar een Quality Engineer binnen de bouwsector die mee instaat voor het kwaliteitsbeleid binnen zijn of haar district. Je combineert hier je expertise samen met het people management, process optimalisation en klantencontact.

De omgeving? Dit is een waar kwaliteit, innovatie en duurzaamheid elkaar in het midden tegen komen. Je krijgt de kans om mee te werken aan boeiende projecten rond CO²- reductie, circulaire grondstoffen maar ook verdere optimalisatie van de producten.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Binnen deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beleid rond kwaliteit binnen je eigen district. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen (productie, operations, sales en R&D) en zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteit niet alleen op papier staat maar effectief toegepast wordt binnen de verschillende sites.

Wat zijn je verdere verantwoordelijkheden binnen je functie?

  • Bewaken en verder ontwikkelen van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem en toezien op de correcte toepassing ervan door de werknemers.
  • Coördineren en begeleiden van interne en externe audits en BENOR-certificeringen.
  • Analyseren van de kwaliteitsdate en vertalen van inzichten naar concrete verbeteracties.
  • Optimaliseren van betonrecepturen met aandacht voor kwaliteit en kostenefficiëntie.
  • Ondersteunen van de productie, sales en klanten bij alle technische vraagstukken, klachten of kwaliteitsproblemen.
  • Meewerken aan innovatie- en duurzaamheidsprojecten.

Voor deze functie zijn we op zoek naar iemand met de nodigen technische ervaring die graag dicht bij de operationele realiteit staat en andere weet mee te nemen in het verhaal. Hieronder neem ik je mee in de vereisten van deze functie:

  • Master- of Bachelordiploma industrieel of burgerlijk ingenieur. Heb je al ervaring binnen beton of bouw? Dan is dit gelijkwaardig.
  • Je hebt 5 jaar ervaring binnen kwaliteitsmanagement, betontechnologie of de bouwsector.
  • Je hebt in je vorige job al reeds mensen moeten coachen of aansturen en hebt de juiste people skills.
  • Je spreekt zéér goed de Nederlandse taal en kan dit mooi aanvullen met wat Franstalige kennis, maar kan je ook behelpen.

Verder is het een sterke troef dat je ook een opleiding hebt gevolgd van gevorderde betontechnologie, maar is geen must.
