Voor een internationale productieonderneming in de regio Wevelgem zoeken we een Kwaliteitsingenieur die mee instaat voor het uitbouwen van een sterk kwaliteitsbeleid. Je bent de schakel tussen verschillende afdelingen en zet jouw technische kennis in om processen te optimaliseren en kwaliteitsnormen te bewaken.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Je analyseert bestaande kwaliteitsprocessen en werkt verbeteringen uit die bijdragen aan een efficiënte en stabiele productie.
  • Je plant, organiseert en begeleidt interne audits en ziet toe op de correcte toepassing van de kwaliteitsprocedures.
  • Je ondersteunt productie- en engineeringteams bij kwaliteitsvraagstukken en volgt de resultaten op aan de hand van KPI's.
  • Je onderzoekt kwaliteitsafwijkingen, voert diepgaande analyses uit en implementeert duurzame corrigerende maatregelen.
  • Je onderhoudt nauw contact met leveranciers om de kwaliteit van aangeleverde materialen te waarborgen en verder te optimaliseren.
  • Je werkt mee aan de opstart van nieuwe producten en productieprocessen en ondersteunt de nodige validaties.
  • Je motiveert collega's om kwaliteitsgericht te werken en stimuleert een cultuur waarin continue verbetering centraal staat.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je behaalde een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting of bouwde een gelijkwaardig niveau op dankzij relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt al een eerste ervaring binnen kwaliteitsmanagement of bent vertrouwd met kwaliteitsmethodieken in een productieomgeving.
  • Je combineert een analytische blik met een pragmatische aanpak en communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders.
