🏠 Waar kom je terecht?

Ben jij een kwaliteitsgedreven techneut die kickt op precisie en veiligheid? Voor dit bedrijfzoeken we een Kwaliteitsingenieur Technische Installaties voor een uniek en technisch uitdagend project in Mol.

Je komt terecht in een innovatieve, streng gereguleerde nucleaire omgeving waar je meebouwt aan de fundamenten van een gloednieuwe installatie die nucleair water omzet in zuiver water.

🛠️ Jouw dag als Kwaliteitsingenieur

  • Kwaliteitsplanning & Procedures: Je start de dag met het opstellen en beheren van kwaliteitsplannen. Je duikt in de testprotocollen en zorgt dat alle productcontroles en documentatie waterdicht zijn. Je adviseert het werfteam proactief over de correcte toepassing van de normen.
  • Audits & Opvolging: Je plant en voert interne kwaliteitsaudits uit. Komt er een externe certificeringsaudit aan? Jij bereidt alles tot in de puntjes voor en begeleidt de externe partijen. Je monitort de KPI’s en vertaalt bevindingen naar heldere periodieke rapporten.
  • Kwaliteitscultuur & Verbetering: Je bent de ambassadeur van kwaliteit op de vloer. Je stimuleert collega's en partners om procedures correct te volgen, organiseert toolboxmeetings en stimuleert een cultuur van ownership en continue verbetering.
  • QHSE: Veiligheid is prioriteit nummer één. Je signaleert en rapporteert risico's, voert werkplekinspecties uit en voert nauwkeurige kwaliteitsmetingen uit op de technische installaties.

🎯 Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een Bachelor of Master in een technische richting, zoals Elektromechanica of Elektriciteit.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur 1 tot 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige kwaliteitsrol.
  • Ervaring met kwaliteitsnormen, audits, certificeringen en procesoptimalisatie is jouw grote troef.
  • Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig, bent organisatorisch sterk en verliest het overzicht nooit.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk). Een basiskennis Frans of Engels is een mooie plus.
