- Kwaliteitsinspecteur / opzichter (36 uur) 13-8-2026 Ben jij een ervaren professional met oog voor kwaliteit, techniek en dienstverlening? Wij zijn op zoek naar een gedreven bouwprofessional. Iemand die onze huurders centraal stelt en bij wie woningkwaliteit in de vezels zit. Met collega's op kantoor, maar zeker ook buiten met aannemers en andere partners. Iemand die het een uitdaging vindt dat de uitvoering van onze dagelijkse onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan de woningen worden uitgevoerd zoals afgesproken. Kortom, wij zoeken een ervaren kwaliteitsinspecteur (36 uur). Elke dag is bij ons verrassend anders Werken bij G&O is bijzonder afwisselend. Als kwaliteitsinspecteur ben jij degene die ziet of het goed gebeurt. Als kwaliteitsinspecteur controleer je de kwaliteit van woningen en onderhoudswerkzaamheden, maar je kijkt altijd een stap verder. Je herkent patronen, spreekt partners aan op afspraken en draagt bij aan slimme verbeteringen. Zo zorg je niet alleen voor goede woningen, maar ook voor tevreden huurders. Wat ga je doen? Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - kwaliteitsinspecties aan woningen en uitgevoerde werkzaamheden uitvoeren; - klachten, meldingen en herstelwerkzaamheden beoordelen; - BKT-verzoeken beoordelen - terugkerende onderhoudsproblemen en kwaliteitsafwijkingen analyseren; - trends, risico's en verbetermogelijkheden signaleren; - oorzaakanalyses uitvoeren en verbetervoorstellen opstellen; - collega's adviseren over kwaliteit en dienstverlening; - prestaties van aannemers en ketenpartners beoordelen en bespreken; - bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van kwaliteitsstandaarden en werkwijzen; - kennis delen en collega's begeleiden bij complexe vraagstukken; - deelnemen aan projecten gericht op kwaliteitsverbetering en procesontwikkeling.
