Als Kwaliteitsmanager bij onze opdrachtgever draag je bij aan het continu verbeteren en borgen van de technische en functionele kwaliteit van vastgoed. Je werkt op het snijvlak van kwaliteitsmanagement, innovatie en vastgoedrealisatie en zorgt ervoor dat ontwikkelteams kwaliteit integraal meenemen in hun projecten. Met jouw bouwkundige expertise, verbindende aanpak en oog voor innovatie help je onze opdrachtgever steeds beter en slimmer te werken aan betaalbare en duurzame woningen.Wat je kunt verwachtenIn deze veelzijdige functie ontwikkel en actualiseer je onderdelen van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem voor het vastgoedrealisatieproces. Je werkt nauw samen met ontwikkelteams, co-makers, partners en adviseurs en zorgt ervoor dat teams de plan-do-check-act-cyclus effectief doorlopen. Daarnaast vertaal je nieuwe ontwikkelingen en innovatieve oplossingen naar praktische toepassingen en verbeteringen binnen de organisatie. - Ontwikkelen en actueel houden van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem voor vastgoedrealisatie. - Teams begeleiden bij het toepassen van de plan-do-check-act-cyclus en het organisatiebreed leren van projecten. - Ontwikkelen en verbeteren van middelen, kennis en werkmethoden om kwaliteit te borgen. - Signaleren en vertalen van relevante ontwikkelingen op het gebied van technologie, bouwprocessen en regelgeving. - Onderhouden van een intern en extern netwerk en het delen van actuele kennis binnen het vakgebied.
