Voor een sterk groeiende speler binnen de voedingsindustrie in regio Lokeren ben ik op zoek naar een Kwaliteitsmanager die verantwoordelijkheid wil opnemen over de verdere uitbouw van Quality & Food Safety. Je krijgt in deze functie een brede rol waarbij je zowel het beleid mee bepaalt als dicht bij de operationele werking staat. Je zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteit stevig verankerd zit binnen de organisatie en werkt samen met verschillende afdelingen om processen, systemen en werkwijzen voortdurend te verbeteren. Daarbij combineer je een analytische aanpak met een sterke aanwezigheid op de werkvloer.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Je staat in voor het kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidsbeleid en zorgt voor de verdere ontwikkeling van de bijhorende systemen en procedures.
  • Je volgt certificeringen, normen en wettelijke verplichtingen op en vertaalt wijzigingen naar concrete acties binnen de organisatie.
  • Je bereidt interne, externe en klantenaudits voor, begeleidt deze en bewaakt de opvolging van actiepunten.
  • Je analyseert klachten, afwijkingen, kwaliteitsdata en auditresultaten en zet deze om in duurzame verbetermaatregelen.
  • Je bewaakt de traceerbaarheid van grondstoffen, verpakkingen en afgewerkte producten doorheen het volledige proces.
  • Je beheert kwaliteitsspecificaties, procedures, documentatie en informatie rond etikettering.
  • Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer en ondersteunt medewerkers bij kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidsvraagstukken.
  • Je organiseert opleidingen en sensibiliseert medewerkers zodat kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid gedragen worden door de volledige organisatie.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met productie, supply chain, aankoop en management om risico's te beperken en processen efficiënter te maken.
  • Je neemt het voortouw in verbeterinitiatieven rond kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid en operationele excellentie.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor of Master in voeding, bio-ingenieurswetenschappen, kwaliteitsmanagement of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Je hebt een eerste relevante ervaring binnen kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid, idealiter binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van audits, certificeringen en kwaliteitssystemen binnen de voedingsindustrie.
