The posting

Voor een groeiende voedingsproducent in de regio Brugge ben ik op zoek naar een Kwaliteitsmanager die de verantwoordelijkheid wil opnemen over kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid binnen een enorm groeiende KMO-omgeving. Je krijgt een brede rol waarin je zowel operationeel als beleidsmatig betrokken bent en mee instaat voor de verdere professionalisering van het kwaliteitsbeleid. Je komt terecht in een ondernemende organisatie waar kwaliteit een belangrijke pijler vormt binnen de verdere groei. In deze functie krijg je veel autonomie en werk je nauw samen met productie en andere interne stakeholders om kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid en hygiëne naar een hoger niveau te tillen.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Je neemt de verantwoordelijkheid over het volledige kwaliteitssysteem en zorgt voor de verdere ontwikkeling en continue verbetering ervan.
  • Je bewaakt de voedselveiligheid en werkt mee aan het onderhouden en optimaliseren van systemen rond HACCP en IFS/BRC.
  • Je beheert productspecificaties, kwaliteitsdocumentatie en traceerbaarheid en zorgt ervoor dat deze steeds correct en up-to-date zijn.
  • Je analyseert klachten, afwijkingen en non-conformiteiten en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van CAPA's en verbeteracties.
  • Je coördineert interne en externe audits en zorgt ervoor dat actiepunten worden vertaald naar concrete verbeteringen op de werkvloer.
  • Je volgt kwaliteits- en laboresultaten op, analyseert trends en grijpt in wanneer bepaalde resultaten aanleiding geven tot verdere actie.
  • Je neemt het voortouw in hygiëne en kwaliteitsbewustzijn en zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers de geldende richtlijnen correct toepassen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met productie, aankoop, R&D en andere afdelingen rond kwaliteitsvraagstukken, productverbeteringen en procesoptimalisaties.
  • Je volgt relevante wetgeving, normen en klantvereisten op en vertaalt deze naar de dagelijkse werking.
  • Je werkt mee aan initiatieven rond veiligheid, milieu en continue verbetering binnen de organisatie.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een relevante richting, bijvoorbeeld voeding, biochemie, agro- en biotechnologie of gelijkwaardig.
  • Je hebt reeds ervaring binnen Quality, QA of Food Safety in de voedingsindustrie.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd om een groeiverhaal mee vorm te geven.
