The posting

Als head of quality ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken, versterken en harmoniseren van kwaliteit en compliance over vier productielocaties in Nederland.

Je werkt in een omgeving met hoge klanteneisen, korte doorlooptijden en strikte certificeringsnormen, waarbij BRCGS een belangrijke rol speelt. Daarnaast ondersteun je centrale kwaliteitstaken en ben je bereid om uitzonderlijk ook andere sites buiten Nederland te bezoeken. Je bewaakt de consistentie tussen de verschillende locaties, detecteert structurele risico's in processen en gedrag en onderneemt tijdig actie waar nodig.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Functioneel aansturen en ondersteunen van de lokale quality teams op vier productiesites in Nederland
  • Zorgen voor een uniforme implementatie en toepassing van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem, inclusief: BRCGS-audits en het behoud van certificeringen Opvolging van klachten, afwijkingen en CAPA's
  • Evalueren en beheersen van risico's binnen druk- en productieprocessen
  • Identificeren van terugkerende afwijkingen en structurele zwaktes over meerdere sites heen
  • Uitvoeren van data-analyse met focus op voorspellende kwaliteitsrisico's in plaats van enkel incidentrapportering
  • Bepalen, opvolgen en verbeteren van relevante kwaliteits-KPI's
  • Garanderen van effectieve corrigerende en preventieve maatregelen
  • Ondersteunen van groepsbrede kwaliteits- en harmonisatieprojecten
  • Meewerken aan de ontwikkeling en implementatie van standaarden, procedures en best practices binnen de organisatie
  • Fungeren als inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt en escalatieniveau tussen de verschillende sites en de centrale quality organisatie
  • Ondersteunen van interne en externe audits en klantbezoeken, ook internationaal indien nodig
  • Coachen en uitdagen van lokale quality managers en teams
  • Verhogen van kwaliteitsbewustzijn binnen productie en operations
  • Stimuleren van eigenaarschap rond kwaliteit buiten de quality-afdeling Praktisch

· Regelmatige aanwezigheid op alle Nederlandse locaties

· Bereidheid tot incidenteel internationaal reizen

  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen quality management
  • Je beschikt over aantoonbare ervaring met BRCGS (certificering, audits en opvolging) of een gelijkwaardig kwaliteitssysteem
  • Je werkt sterk analytisch en hebt een duidelijke focus op risicobeheersing
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet verschillende stakeholders vlot mee te nemen
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, zelfstandig en neemt doordachte beslissingen
  • Je beheerst zowel het Nederlands als het Engels uitstekend
