Marmo is een ambitieuze en snelgroeiende speler binnen de verse voedingsindustrie. Dagelijks zetten zij in op kwaliteit, innovatie en voedselveiligheid om hun klanten producten van de hoogste kwaliteit te bieden. Om hun verdere groei te ondersteunen, zijn ze op zoek naar een gedreven Kwaliteitsmanager die mee het verschil wil maken.

Jouw rol

Als Kwaliteitsmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken, implementeren en bewaken van het volledige kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidsbeleid binnen Marmo. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CEO en werkt nauw samen met de afdelingen Productie, R&D, Aankoop, Sales, Finance, IT en Veiligheid. Vanuit jouw expertise draag je actief bij aan een kwaliteitscultuur waarin continue verbetering centraal staat.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je ontwikkelt, implementeert en optimaliseert het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem.
  • Je waakt over de naleving van de geldende wetgeving, voedselveiligheidsnormen en certificeringen, waaronder IFS en ACS.
  • Je volgt kwaliteits-KPI's op en vertaalt analyses naar gerichte verbeteracties.
  • Je ontwikkelt en onderhoudt het hygiëne- en reinigingsbeleid.
  • Je beheert leveranciers-, R&D- en klantspecificaties.
  • Je organiseert en coördineert kwaliteitscontroles binnen de organisatie.
  • Je bereidt interne en externe audits voor en begeleidt deze van A tot Z.
  • Je behandelt klachten, afwijkingen en risicoanalyses en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging.
  • Je voert root cause analyses uit en implementeert corrigerende en preventieve maatregelen (CAPA).
  • Je ontwikkelt en geeft opleidingen rond kwaliteit, hygiëne en voedselveiligheid.
  • Je stimuleert een sterke Food Safety Culture en werkt actief mee aan een omgeving waarin kwaliteit en continue verbetering vanzelfsprekend zijn.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in voedingswetenschappen, kwaliteit, chemie of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen een kwaliteitsfunctie in de voedingsindustrie.
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van kwaliteitsmanagement, voedselveiligheid en auditmethodieken.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met IFS en kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen.
  • Je werkt analytisch, nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega's op alle niveaus.
  • Je bent een coachende leider die medewerkers weet te motiveren en mee te nemen in verbetertrajecten.
