Dan maken wij graag kennis met jou! Vastgoed Wat ga je doen als Kwaliteitsmanager Procesverbetering Bouw en Vastgoed? Goed, duurzaam en betaalbaar wonen realiseren wordt steeds uitdagender. Ymere werkt daarom op verschillende manieren samen aan de vernieuwing, uitbreiding en verduurzaming van haar vastgoedportefeuille. We kopen turnkeyprojecten van externe ontwikkelaars, werken samen met producenten binnen de Nieuw Hollandse Bouwstroom en realiseren projecten met vaste ketenpartners in co-making. Deze verschillende samenwerkingsvormen vragen om duidelijke kwaliteitskaders, uniforme processen en een organisatie die continu leert en verbetert. Daarom zoeken wij een Kwaliteitsmanager Procesverbetering Bouw en Vastgoed. Als Kwaliteitsmanager Procesverbetering zorg je ervoor dat kwaliteit en continu verbeteren een vanzelfsprekend onderdeel zijn van de manier waarop Portefeuillevernieuwing werkt. Je brengt structuur, creëert overzicht en maakt processen, prestaties en verbeteringen inzichtelijk en stuurbaar. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen strategie en uitvoering. Je vertaalt organisatiedoelen naar duidelijke processen, kwaliteitsafspraken, prestatie-indicatoren en verbeterinitiatieven. Daarbij zorg je niet alleen dat verbeteringen worden bedacht, maar vooral dat ze worden uitgevoerd en geborgd. Je stimuleert daarbij continue de samenwerking. Met behulp van kwaliteitsdata, audits, evaluaties en KPI's maak je zichtbaar waar processen slimmer, efficiënter en voorspelbaarder kunnen.
