Als kwaliteitsmanager in de voedingsindustrie ben jij de spilfiguur als het gaat om het beheren en optimaliseren van het kwaliteitssysteem binnen onze productieomgeving. Je vertaalt kwaliteitsnormen en wetgeving naar werkbare en efficiënte processen. Je combineert jouw expertise met het talent om een team te coachen en verder te professionaliseren. Je werkt rechtstreeks samen met de directie en stuurt een team van drie kwaliteitsmedewerkers aan. In deze rol draag je bij aan het verder ontwikkelen van een toekomstgerichte, robuuste productieomgeving waarin kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid centraal staan.

Een gemiddelde werkdag start met het doornemen van de kwaliteitsrapporten en het bespreken van prioriteiten met jouw team. Je analyseert klachten en afwijkingen, initieert verbeteracties op basis van data en zorgt dat de procedures up-to-date blijven. Je bereidt audits voor, onderhoudt contact met klanten, leveranciers en certificatie-instellingen, en begeleidt verbeterprojecten. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met productie, aankoop en R&D om de kwaliteit binnen elke schakel van de organisatie te garanderen.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een relevante richting
  • Je hebt ervaring in kwaliteitsbeheer binnen de voedingssector
  • Kennis van HACCP, IFS, BRC en voedselveiligheidswetgeving (EU/FAVV)
  • Ervaring met traceerbaarheidssystemen en kwaliteitsmanagementsoftware (QMS)
  • Je hebt leidinggevende capaciteiten en kan een team coachen
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Je bent analytisch, gestructureerd, hands-on en verantwoordelijk
  • Je kan KPI’s voor kwaliteit opstellen en analyseren
  • Je hebt ervaring met het voorbereiden van interne en externe audits
  • Je denkt probleemoplossend, bent overtuigend, empathisch en stressbestendig
  • Je werkt discreet, resultaatgericht en kan samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen
  • Je beheerst Windows, Office Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel en Word
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in een voltijds regime (38-40u/week)
