Onze klant is actief binnen een productieomgeving waar kwaliteit, hygiëne en voedselveiligheid centraal staan. Doorheen het volledige productieproces wordt sterk ingezet op correcte procedures, nauwkeurige controles en continue verbetering. Medewerkers krijgen de ruimte om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen en samen met verschillende afdelingen bij te dragen aan een betrouwbare en kwalitatieve productie.

Jobomschrijving

Als Kwaliteitsmedewerker speel je een belangrijke rol in het bewaken van kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid binnen het productieproces. Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse QA- en QC-activiteiten, bent regelmatig aanwezig op de werkvloer en werkt nauw samen met de kwaliteitsverantwoordelijke.

  • Bewaken en continu verbeteren van het autocontrolesysteem volgens wettelijke, bedrijfs- en klanteneisen
  • Coördineren en voorbereiden van interne QA-audits, kwaliteitsrondgangen en controles
  • Begeleiden van externe routine-audits en ondersteunen bij audits zoals BRC en IFS
  • Analyseren van vaststellingen en formuleren van corrigerende acties
  • Opvolgen van verbeterpunten naar aanleiding van controles en audits
  • Actualiseren en optimaliseren van QA/QC-procedures, formulieren, checklists en kwaliteitsdocumentatie
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van kwaliteits-, monitoring- en traceringsrapporteringen
  • Registreren en coördineren van klachten over product- en verpakkingskwaliteit
  • Voorbereiden van antwoorden op kwaliteitsvragen en klachten van klanten
  • Opleiden en sensibiliseren van medewerkers rond kwaliteit, hygiëne en voedselveiligheid
  • Uitvoeren van recall-tests en traceeroefeningen
  • Coördineren en opvolgen van kalibraties van kwaliteits- en laboratoriumapparatuur
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor collega's binnen QA/QC
  • Bijdragen aan verbeter- en veranderingsprojecten rond kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid
  • Grondige kennis van kwaliteit, hygiëne en HACCP
  • Ervaring met interne audits vormt een sterke troef
  • Affiniteit met QA/QC, microbiologie, chemie en kwaliteitsanalyses
  • Interesse in productieprocessen en kwaliteitsborging binnen een productieomgeving
  • Analytische en gestructureerde manier van werken
  • Vermogen om bevindingen te vertalen naar concrete verbeteracties
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Assertieve houding om kwaliteitsafwijkingen bespreekbaar te maken
  • Zelfstandige werkhouding gecombineerd met een teamgerichte ingesteldheid
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands
  • Kennis van Frans en Engels vormt een pluspunt
  • Bereidheid om occasioneel mee te draaien in het ploegensysteem
