Als Kwaliteitsmedewerker ondersteun je het kwaliteitsbeleid binnen een productieomgeving en werk je nauw samen met de kwaliteitsverantwoordelijke. Je bent regelmatig aanwezig op de werkvloer en draagt bij aan de verdere verbetering van processen en kwaliteit.

  • Je ondersteunt het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem volgens ISO 9001.
  • Je volgt kwaliteitsacties op de productievloer op.
  • Je analyseert kwaliteitsafwijkingen en behandelt klachten.
  • Je werkt mee aan corrigerende en preventieve maatregelen.
  • Je bereidt interne en externe audits voor en ondersteunt tijdens de uitvoering.
  • Je volgt kwaliteits-KPI's op en werkt mee aan verbeteracties.
  • Je helpt bij de begeleiding van nieuwe prototypes en productieprocessen.
  • Je vertaalt kwaliteitsrichtlijnen naar duidelijke werkinstructies en communicatie.

Voor deze functie als Kwaliteitsmedewerker, Quality Support Medewerker of Medewerker Kwaliteit beschik je over:

  • Een opleiding in een technische of kwaliteitsgerichte richting.
  • Ervaring binnen kwaliteit in een productieomgeving.
  • Kennis van het ISO 9001-managementsysteem.
  • Affiniteit met metaal of metaalbewerkingen zoals lassen is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring binnen de pipingindustrie is een pluspunt.
  • Kennis van EN1090 en ISO3834 is een pluspunt.
  • Een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels.
