Voor een innovatief Belgisch familiebedrijf in Oudenaarde, reeds meer dan 20 jaar actief, zijn we op zoek naar een kwaliteitsmedewerker.

Het bedrijf heeft zich ontwikkeld tot een toonaangevende producent van metalen verbindingsstukken voor luchtkanalen. Ze produceren zo goed als de totale hoeveelheid voor export, wereldwijd in meer dan 40 landen Met een jaaromzet van een grote 50 miljoen euro behoren ze tot de top-3 in zijn sector.

Als je zoekt naar een omgeving waar mensgerichtheid en groei geen loze afspraken zijn, zit je hier goed. Als kwaliteitsmedewerker bij deze speler is er ruimte voor verantwoordelijkheid en doorgroei. Daarnaast focussen ze zich ook om zo duurzaam mogelijk te werk te gaan, dit door het gebruik van zonnepanelen en warmterecuperatie.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je voert nauwkeurige metingen uit, zoals het meten van buisdiameters met een schuifmaat
  • Elke twee uur controleer je visueel de stukken aan de lijn en voer je kwaliteitsrondes uit om topkwaliteit te garanderen
  • Na goedkeuring geef je machines vrij voor productie
  • Merk je een fout op, aarzel dan niet om de productie stil te leggen en de nodige correcties uit te voeren, verantwoordelijkheid neem je vanzelfsprekend op
  • Techniek boeit je, je hebt er affiniteit mee en werkt graag in een technische omgeving waar je je skills kan benutten en verder ontwikkelen
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, wat zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie en een vlotte interne rapportering
  • Je bent betrouwbaar en neemt je verantwoordelijkheid serieus, op jou kunnen collega’s en het bedrijf rekenen
