Dit bedrijf is een toonaangevende Europese producent van diepgevroren groenten. Dankzij hun jarenlange expertise en ervaring bij het invriezen van groenten, staat onze klant voor groenten van topkwaliteit, vrij van residu's en geteeld op de allerbeste bodems van Europa.

Om hun team te versterken zoeken ze voor onmiddellijke indiensttreding een kwaliteitsmedewerker.

Als kwaliteitsmedewerker sta je dagdagelijks in voor de kwaliteit van de afgeleverde producten. Met oog voor detail bewaak je samen met jou collega’s de bacteriologische status van het verwerkingsproces (Food Safety) van aanvoer van verse groenten tot diep ingevroren verpakte groenten. Je zorgt voor het toepassen on the floor van de wettelijke internationale voedingsvoorschriften én optimaliseert (HACCP) alle processen in het kader van verschillende voedingsaudits.

  • Je plant en organiseert je eigen werk samen met je collega’s en stelt daarbij de juiste prioriteiten.
  • Dagdagelijks volg je de product flow op en doe je controle rond de CCP’s zodat een kwalitatief eindproduct wordt afgeleverd.
  • Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor de goede afstellingen en motiveert uw collega’s voor het accuraat toepassen van alle Food Safety procedures.
  • Je voert intern labo analyses uit.
  • Je rapporteert aan de labo- en kwaliteitsverantwoordelijke.
  • Je beschikt over minimaal een bachelor/ master in agro /voeding/chemie/biologie.
  • Schoolverlaters met de juiste intentie zijn zeker welkom!
  • Affiniteit met landbouw en eerste ervaring in kwaliteit is een groot pluspunt.
  • Goede kennis Nederlands, Frans en Engels is noodzakelijk.
  • Je bent hands-on, leergierig en een echte teamplayer.
