Binnen deze moderne productieomgeving wordt kwaliteit dan ook niet gezien als een laatste controle, maar als een essentieel onderdeel van het volledige proces.

Om die kwaliteit elke dag opnieuw te garanderen, zoeken we iemand die graag nauwkeurig werkt, verantwoordelijkheid durft nemen en zich thuis voelt in een productieomgeving. Als Kwaliteitsmedewerker combineer je praktisch labo- en meetwerk met analyse, administratie en overleg met verschillende afdelingen. Jij helpt mee bepalen welke producten worden vrijgegeven en waar extra controle nodig is. Een functie met impact, verantwoordelijkheid én veel afwisseling.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Van productieplanning tot staal- en bufferlijsten: jij houdt het overzicht, bepaalt welke controles prioriteit krijgen en verzamelt de nodige stalen op de verschillende productieafdelingen
  • Met verschillende meettoestellen voer je kwaliteitscontroles uit volgens de geldende voorschriften en analyseer je zorgvuldig de resultaten
  • Voldoet een product aan alle specificaties? Dan kan het worden vrijgegeven. Bij afwijkende resultaten voer je bijkomende controles uit en blokkeer je materiaal wanneer dat nodig is
  • Meetresultaten worden correct geregistreerd, kwaliteitscertificaten zorgvuldig opgesteld en belangrijke bevindingen duidelijk gecommuniceerd naar collega's en betrokken afdelingen
  • Ook bij kwaliteitsonderzoeken, interne opmerkingen en klachtendossiers lever je ondersteuning en denk je actief mee over verbeteringen op vlak van kwaliteit, veiligheid en werking
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een A2-diploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring en werkt nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsbewust en administratief zorgvuldig
  • Zelfstandig en planmatig werken ligt je, maar ook samenwerken en duidelijk communiceren met collega's en andere afdelingen gaat vlot
  • Met een praktische ingesteldheid, basiskennis van MS Office en interesse in verschillende meettoestellen voel je je snel thuis in deze functie. Flexibiliteit en stressbestendigheid zijn daarbij mooi meegenomen
