Als Kwaliteitsmedewerker zorg je er samen met je collega's van de verschillende afdelingen voor dat de winkel schoon en veilig is. Voor klanten en voor iedereen die er werkt. Je houdt je bezig met het schoonmaken van de winkel, de verschillende kantoren en het magazijn. Je controleert de temperatuur van de koeling en checkt of alle schoonmaakwerkzaamheden die dag gedaan zijn. Tussendoor veeg je het magazijn en voorzie je alle koffiemachines in de winkel van koffiebonen en melk en verwissel je ergens de vuilniszak. Na de lunch maak je de kantine netjes en ruim je de schone was op. De perfecte (bij)baan voor iemand die nauwkeurig is, oog heeft voor detail, goed kan samenwerken en een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel heeft. Je hebt nauw contact met je manager over de voortgang van je werkzaamheden en denkt mee in verbeteringen voor een opgeruimde en schone winkel. Ook vind je het leuk om met de schoonmaakmachine de vloer blinkend achter te laten. Ervaring in de supermarkt is geen must, maar wel mooi meegenomen. Het belangrijkste is dat je enthousiast bent en een positieve instelling hebt. Doordat je werk in de hele winkel is heb je al snel een band met veel collega's en voel je je snel onderdeel van het team. Jouw rooster is flexibel en plan je in overleg met je manager, uiteraard kun je ook af en toe een shift ruilen met een collega als dat beter uitkomt. Wat ga je verdienen? Je salaris wordt bepaald aan de hand van de CAO. Als je 12 uur of minder per week werkt, ontvang je een all-in uurloon. Als je 13 uur of meer (maximaal 40) werkt per week, ontvang je een uurloon aan de hand van de CAO en heb je recht op vakantie- of adv-uren.
