Wat ga je doen? - Je pakt klantmeldingen over productkwaliteit op en zorgt dat ze bij de juiste persoon terechtkomen; - Je houdt samen met de commerciële afdeling productspecificaties actueel; - Je bereidt de wekelijkse interne keuringen voor en verwerkt de resultaten in heldere keurrapporten; - Je bewaakt dat vervolgacties ook echt gebeuren en haalt ontbrekende informatie op bij andere afdelingen. Wie ben jij? Dit is een must: - Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding, minimaal niveau 3; - Goed Nederlands én Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk; - Vlot met Microsoft Office, vooral Excel. Daarnaast: - Oog voor detail: een fout in een specificatie laat jij niet liggen; - Je houdt overzicht, ook als er meerdere meldingen tegelijk binnenkomen. Wat wij jou bieden? - 32 tot 40 uur per week, deels thuiswerken; - € 3.100 tot € 4.000 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van je ervaring; - Direct kans op een contract voor onbepaalde tijd; - 26 vakantiedagen bij fulltime, 8% vakantiegeld en de mogelijkheid extra dagen bij te kopen; - Groeikansen binnen een internationale organisatie, plus een voordelig groente- en fruitpakket en bedrijfsfitness. Waar ga je werken? Je gaat aan de slag bij een van onze opdrachtgevers op Dutch Fresh Port, een groot internationaal groente- en fruitbedrijf dat de hele keten van teler tot winkel verzorgt.
