Onze klant is een gerenommeerd familiebedrijf dat al meer dan 50 jaar garant staat voor kwaliteitsvolle, ambachtelijke voedingsproducten. Van vers bereide maaltijden tot ambachtelijke kroketten en aperitiefhapjes – deze producten zijn met zorg en vakmanschap gemaakt. Om de kwaliteit te blijven garanderen, zijn we op zoek naar een Kwaliteitsmedewerker om ons team te versterken.

Jobomschrijving

Als kwaliteitsmedewerker ben jij, samen met de kwaliteitsmanager en je collega’s, verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken en optimaliseren van onze voedselveiligheid en kwaliteit. Dankzij jouw expertise en nauwkeurigheid zorgen we ervoor dat de klanten steeds kunnen genieten van de beste producten.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Uitvoeren en opvolgen van kwaliteitscontroles, metingen en traceringen
  • Kalibreren van apparatuur en bewaken van CCP’s
  • Opstellen en updaten van instructies, procedures en opleidingen
  • Actieve betrokkenheid bij audits zoals IFS, ACS, RSPO, …
  • Proeven, testen en beoordelen van producten
  • Meehelpen aan continue verbetering van processen en kwaliteitssystemen

We zijn op zoek naar iemand die:

  • Ervaring in de voedingsindustrie
  • Gedreven, stressbestendig en besluitvaardig
  • Nauwkeurig en punctueel in je werk
  • Hands-on en oplossingsgericht
  • Positieve en leergierige mindset
  • Echte teamplayer
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands
