Als kwaliteitsmedewerker ben jij hét aanspreekpunt binnen de afdeling customer care voor klantvragen en klachten. Je signaleert verbeterkansen en zorgt ervoor dat processen structureel worden geoptimaliseerd. Met jouw analytisch vermogen en proactieve houding draag je continu bij aan het verbeteren van de kwaliteit. Over de functie Wat ga je doen? In deze rol zorg je ervoor dat afwijkingen niet alleen worden gesignaleerd, maar ook duurzaam worden opgelost. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Je behandelt klachten, zowel intern als extern - Je pakt klantvragen en klachten zelfstandig op (zoals leveringsissues of ontbrekende onderdelen) - Je stelt kwaliteitsrapportages op en analyseert deze - Je signaleert knelpunten en afwijkingen in processen en voorkomt herhaling - Je draagt actief bij aan het verbeteren en borgen van kwaliteitsprocessen Over het bedrijf Onze opdrachtgever is een jong en energiek productiebedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in het vervaardigen van hoogwaardige aluminium draai- en schuifpoorten, hekwerken en schuttingen. Zij leveren hun producten via een internationaal netwerk van dealers.
