Als Kwaliteitsmedewerker / VT-lasinspecteur zorg jij ervoor dat onze staalconstructies voldoen aan de kwaliteit die we met elkaar hebben afgesproken. Je bent veel op de werkvloer te vinden en controleert het werk tijdens én na de productie. Wat ga je doen? Je controleert onze staalconstructies en onderdelen onder andere op: - maatvoering en uitvoering volgens tekening; - afwerking en compleetheid; - de kwaliteit van het laswerk; - aandachtspunten voor vervolgprocessen, zoals thermisch verzinken. Je voert visuele lasinspecties uit en legt je controles en bevindingen vast. Zie je een afwijking? Dan bespreek je die met je collega's en denk je mee over een goede oplossing. Wat breng je mee? Je hebt technisch inzicht en ervaring binnen de staalconstructie of een vergelijkbare productieomgeving. Je kunt technische tekeningen lezen en weet waar je op moet letten als het gaat om laswerk en kwaliteit. Daarnaast: - heb je minimaal mbo werk- en denkniveau in een technische richting; - heb je kennis van lasprocessen en kwaliteitsnormen; - kun je zelfstandig en nauwkeurig werken; - durf je collega's op een goede manier aan te spreken; - beheers je de Engelse taal; - heb je bij voorkeur een VT2-certificaat óf ben je bereid dit te behalen.
