Zorgboerderij De Mettemaat heeft twee dagbestedingslocaties waar 140 zorgvragers komen met een diversiteit aan zorgvragen. De zorgvragers ontvangen zorg vanuit de Jeugdwet, Wmo of WLZ, waarvoor De Mettemaat zelfstandig contracten heeft afgesloten met diverse gemeenten en zorgkantoren. We spreken dan ook wel van een mini-samenleving op ons eigen erf. De zorgvragers zijn van jong tot oud en zij komen voor een zinvolle daginvulling. In een groene omgeving, samen met mensen en dieren, bieden wij een veilige plek waar respect, ontwikkeling en meedoen centraal staan. Om de kwaliteit van onze zorg verder te versterken én te blijven aansluiten bij de behoeften van onze zorgvragers, zoeken wij een kwaliteitsmedewerker. Wat ga je doen? Als kwaliteitsmedewerker speel je een belangrijke rol in het borgen en verder ontwikkelen van de kwaliteit van zorg binnen Zorgboerderij De Mettemaat. Omdat dit een nieuwe functie binnen onze organisatie is, krijg je veel ruimte om de functie mede vorm te geven en actief bij te dragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van onze kwaliteitsprocessen. Daarbij houd je niet alleen oog voor protocollen en wetgeving, maar vooral voor de mensen voor wie we het doen, door op de achtergrond de processen goed in te regelen. Zo help je ervoor te zorgen dat onze zorgvragers kunnen rekenen op veilige, passende en kwalitatief goede zorg. Je stelt protocollen en werkinstructies op, actualiseert en evalueert deze en bewaakt de aansluiting op de wet- en regelgeving en de dagelijkse praktijk. Daarnaast voer je dossiercontroles uit, analyseer je werkprocessen en signaleer je verbeterkansen. Achter ieder dossier staat een zorgvrager die moet kunnen rekenen op passende en kwalitatief goede zorg. Vanuit die gedachte draag jij bij aan het verbetere...
