Als Operator binnen onze Quality & Cold End afdeling speel jij een essentiële rol in de eindfase van ons productieproces. Hier worden glazen flessen langzaam afgekoeld, gecontroleerd op afwijkingen en voorzien van een beschermende coating; allemaal onder jouw waakzaam oog.

Onze Quality & Cold End afdeling opereert onafhankelijk van alle andere afdelingen om zo de objectiviteit inzake kwaliteit te garanderen. De Quality-afdeling (kwaliteitsafdeling) speelt een cruciale rol in het waarborgen van de kwaliteit en veiligheid van de geproduceerde glazen flessen. Binnen het Cold End deel wordt het gevormde glas afgekoeld, geïnspecteerd, behandeld en verpakt — dus alles wat ná het vormen en gloeien (annealing) van het glas gebeurt.

  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit tijdens de productie regelmatige controles op producten tijdens de productie (bijv. flesdikte, gewicht, vorm, barsten of luchtinsluitingen) alsook het controleren of producten voldoen aan specificaties en normen (zoals ISO-normen of klantspecificaties)
  • Je draagt zorg voor de visuele inspectie en automatische kwaliteitsdetectie met behulp van automatische inspectiesystemen die fouten detecteren zoals scheurtjes, vervormingen of vervuiling
  • Je beoordeelt afgekeurde producten en bepaalt of het om echte fouten gaat of valse meldingen
  • Je staat in voor het analyseren van afkeur en defecten om de oorzaak te vinden (bijv. verkeerde temperatuur, verkeerde malinstelling) en koppelt terug naar productie om processen te verbeteren
  • Het uitvoeren van fysieke (handmatige) tests op glas zoals drukproeven, thermische schokbestendigheid en chemische bestendigheid, alsook kleurmetingen of tests op coatings (zoals barrièrelagen of decoratie) behoren tot je takenpakket
  • Je volgt de flow rond het aanbrengen van coating (het glas krasbestendiger maken, wrijving tussen flessen verminderen, bescherming bieden bij verdere verwerking)
  • Je registreert de meetresultaten en afwijkingen in het kader van probleemoplossing, analyses en traceerbaarheid
  • Je lost de eerste lijnstoringen zelfstandig op
  • Bij een ander type product pas je de productielijn aan, stel je camera standpunten in en verzorg je de nodige parametrisatie in de diverse toestellen
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een productieomgeving of bent gemotiveerd om hierin ervaring op te doen
  • Je staat open om trainingen in dagdienst te volgen, waar flexibiliteit belangrijk is naar inhoud toe
  • Je kan met een computer werken
  • Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands (Engels is een pluspunt)
  • Je draagt actief bij een aan fijne teamsfeer en bent hulpvaardig naar collega’s
  • Je bent flexibel naar takenpakket toe, zeker in opstartfase
  • Je hebt geen kleurenblindheid. Dit is belangrijk om visuele controles uit te voeren op de flessen
  • Je hebt technische kennis om de eerste storingen op te lossen alsook de nodige aanpassingen te doen aan de productielijnen
  • Je werkt zeer nauwkeurig. Tenslotte ben je bezig met een product dat in de voedselketen terecht komt
