Je werkt 16 tot 38 uur per week en hebt een belangrijke rol in het bewaken van kwaliteit binnen een dynamische productieomgeving. Met jouw kritische blik zorg je ervoor dat kwaliteit iedere dag de aandacht krijgt die het verdient. Wat ga je doen? Kwaliteit zit in de details. Daarom controleer jij verschillende onderdelen van het productieproces en leg je jouw bevindingen zorgvuldig vast. Je bent regelmatig op de werkvloer te vinden, waar je controles uitvoert en medewerkers aanspreekt wanneer dat nodig is. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar staat er zeker niet alleen voor. Je schakelt met collega's uit verschillende teams en denkt mee over manieren om kwaliteit verder te verbeteren. In deze functie houd je je onder andere bezig met: - uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles tijdens het productieproces; - controleren of producten voldoen aan de afgesproken kwaliteitseisen; - registreren en verwerken van controle- en meetgegevens; - signaleren van afwijkingen en deze bespreken met de betrokken collega's; - meedenken over verbeteringen binnen het kwaliteitsproces; - bewaken van hygiëne- en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen; - ondersteunen bij het naleven van procedures en werkinstructies. Je krijgt een functie waarin je jouw kennis direct in de praktijk gebruikt. Geen dag is precies hetzelfde: je beweegt tussen controles, administratie en contact met collega's op de werkvloer.
