Je werkt samen met productie, krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en hebt ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Wij bieden - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de €3000,- en de €3500,- afhankelijk van ervaring; - 25 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantiegeld; - Reiskostenvergoeding; - Een afwisselende functie binnen een productieomgeving; - Flexibiliteit om incidenteel vroeg of laat te werken voor projecten, trainingen en proceswijzigingen; - Een functie waarin je nauw samenwerkt met productieoperators en supervisors; - De mogelijkheid om mee te werken aan audits, kwaliteitsverbeteringen en trainingen. Functieomschrijving Als kwaliteitsmedewerker ben je dagelijks op de productievloer te vinden. Je controleert of productiemedewerkers hun kwaliteitscontroles goed en op tijd uitvoeren en controleert grondstoffen, verpakkingen, halffabricaten en eindproducten. Ook houd je je bezig met onder andere gewicht, uitstraling, coderingen, etikettering en seal- of naadintegriteit. Bij afwijkingen grijp je in, zet je producten indien nodig in quarantaine en stem je vervolgstappen af met de QA Manager. Daarnaast coach en train je productiemedewerkers op het gebied van GMP, hygiëne en kwaliteit. Je ondersteunt bij audits, kalibraties, hygiënecontroles en het registreren van afwijkingen. Je werkplek Onze opdrachtgever is internationaal actief in de productie van diervoeding. Op de productielocatie wordt gewerkt in ploegendiensten. Kwaliteit is hier een gezamenlijke verantwoordelijkheid van productie, de QC Associate en de QA Manager. Jij vormt daarin de belangrijke schakel tussen productie en kwaliteitsborging.
