Kwaliteitsmedewerker in Veghel Als kwaliteitsmedewerker ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van technische kwaliteitscontroles, het monitoren van producten volgens specificaties en het verbeteren van processen. Je werkt met meetapparatuur, testmethoden en kwaliteitsregistraties om ervoor te zorgen dat producten voldoen aan de hoogste eisen. Wat ga je doen? - Uitvoeren van inspecties en controles op inkomende materialen, tussenproducten en eindproducten. - Gebruiken van diverse meetmiddelen en testmethoden om afwijkingen vast te stellen. - Controleren van producten aan de hand van technische tekeningen, procedures en instructies. - Signaleren van afwijkingen en meewerken aan structurele verbeteringen. - Zorgen voor een juiste administratie en vrijgave van producten. Wie ben jij? - Je hebt MBO-4 werk- en denkniveau in een technische richting. - Je hebt kennis van lassen en/of fijnmechanische bewerkingen . - Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht . - Je bent bekend met kwaliteit en LEAN-principes . - Je bent communicatief vaardig in Nederlands en Engels is voor jou ook geen probleem. - Bij voorkeur heb je een VCA-certificaat , of bent bereid deze te behalen. Wat mag je verwachten? - Een salaris tussen de €2.550 en €3.400 bruto per maand op basis van ervaring. - Maar liefst 40 (!)) vrije dagen bij een fulltime dienstverband. - Ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en training . - Gezellig team van 10 kwaliteitscontroleurs . - Informele werksfeer in een technisch georiënteerde organisatie. - Collectief pensioen en extra voordelen als bedrijfsfitness en vers fruit op de werkvloer.
