Dit bedrijf levert dagelijks medicijnen en medische hulpmiddelen aan apotheken en ziekenhuizen en vindt kwaliteit en ontwikkeling belangrijk. Als kwaliteitsmedewerker draag jij bij aan deze missie. In deze functie krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid in een functie waarin je processen controleert, verbeteringen signaleert en klachten zorgvuldig afhandelt. Daarbij profiteer je van een salaris tot €4.500 per maand, hybride werken en volop mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Over de functie Als kwaliteitsmedewerker bij dit bedrijf in Alkmaar werk je 32 tot 40 uur per week en zorg jij dat alles rondom kwaliteit soepel loopt. Jij controleert processen, registreert alles netjes en handelt klachten snel en correct af. Je kijkt kritisch naar de bestaande werkmethodes, doet verbetervoorstellen en helpt bij de voorbereiding van interne audits. Je werkt veel samen met collega's, kwaliteitsfunctionarissen en rapporteert aan het hoofd van de afdeling kwaliteit. Een typische dag bestaat uit administratieve controles, het beantwoorden van vragen en het signaleren van verbeterpunten. Je krijgt veel vrijheid en werkt in een informele sfeer, waar ook ruimte is voor sport en gezelligheid.
