The posting

Als kwaliteitsmedewerker ga je aan de slag met het onderzoeken en testen van verschillende producten. Je houdt je bezig met het analyseren van grondstoffen en eindproducten, je beoordeelt specificaties en ondersteunt diverse verbeterprojecten. Daarnaast werk je samen met de R&D afdeling en help je bij het opstellen van specificaties en analyses.

Dit ga je doen: - Meedenken over kwaliteitsverbetering en voorstellen doen voor verbetering; - Zorgen voor duidelijke communicatie binnen en buiten de afdeling; - Analyseren van meetgegevens en uitvoeren van statistische analyses; - Testen voorbereiden voor kwaliteitscontrole, verbetering en productontwikkeling.

Het bedrijf in Harderwijk is gespecialiseerd in het ontwikkelen en produceren van op maat gemaakte kunststofcompounds voor diverse sectoren.

Je werkt fulltime in dagdienst. Het gaat om een functie van 40 uur per week. Wie zoeken wij:- Je beschikt over mbo werk- en denkniveau; - Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, Duits is een pré; - Je hebt kennis van grondstoffen, kunststoffen en analyses; - Je kunt goed statistische trendanalyses uitvoeren.

Wat bieden wij jou:- Salaris tussen de € 2.600 en € 3.200 bruto per uur, afhankelijk van je kennis en ervaring; - Reiskostenvergoeding; - 25 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantiegeld; - Pensioenopbouw bij StiPP pensioenfonds; - Mogelijkheid om diverse trainingen en opleidingen te volgen; - Vast contract in het vooruitzicht!
