Over het bedrijfJe gaat aan de slag bij een bedrijf in Drachten dat prefab betonelementen maakt voor verschillende bouwprojecten. Op de werkvloer is de sfeer informeel en nuchter. Collega's weten elkaar makkelijk te vinden en werken samen aan een goed eindresultaat. Kwaliteit staat centraal, maar er is ook ruimte om vragen te stellen, mee te denken en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Wat ga je doen?Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van prefab betonelementen tijdens het hele productieproces. Daarbij werk je volgens de richtlijnen van KIWA en WKB en heb je veel contact met collega's op de werkvloer. - Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren tijdens verschillende fases van de productie - Prefab betonelementen inspecteren en beoordelen - Controleren of het werk voldoet aan de geldende normen - Verbeterpunten in het productieproces signaleren - Meedenken over oplossingen en corrigerende maatregelen - Kwaliteitsgegevens registreren en rapporteren - Collega's duidelijk meenemen in aandachtspunten en verbeteringen

Wie ben jij?- Minimaal mbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een bouwtechnische richting - Ervaring in de bouw, betonproductie of een vergelijkbare werkomgeving - Kennis van kwaliteitsnormen, bij voorkeur KIWA en WKB - Analytisch, nauwkeurig en goed in het bewaren van overzicht - Zelfstandig in je werk en prettig in de samenwerking - Duidelijk in je communicatie en rustig in je aanpak
