Holex Flower is met ruim 185 medewerkers in binnen- en buitenland één van de toonaangevende exporteurs van snijbloemen naar verre bestemmingen. Vanuit onze hoofdvestiging in De Kwakel en onze vestigingen in de Verenigde Staten, Ecuador en China bedienen wij klanten over de hele wereld. Dagelijks verzenden wij een breed assortiment snijbloemen en snijgroen naar onder andere de Verenigde Staten, China, Azië, Australië en het Midden-Oosten. Bij Holex draait alles om kwaliteit. Alleen de mooiste bloemen gaan bij ons de deur uit. Als kwaliteitsmedewerker speel jij daarin een belangrijke rol. Samen met de Kwaliteitsmanager en collega's uit de hele organisatie zorg je ervoor dat onze klanten wereldwijd kunnen rekenen op bloemen van topkwaliteit. Wat ga je doen? Als Kwaliteitsmedewerker houd je je bezig met het bewaken en verbeteren van de kwaliteit van onze bloemen en processen. Samen met de Kwaliteitsmanager ben je regelmatig te vinden op de werkvloer in de productie, maar ook op kantoor. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van inkoop, verkoop, productie, expeditie en transport. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op bloemen en verpakkingen. - Registreren van kwaliteitsbevindingen en ondersteunen bij analyses. - Uitvoeren van duurzaamheidstesten, zoals bloeiproeven en verpakkingstesten. - Monitoren van transportcondities en de koelketen. - Registreren en ondersteunen bij de afhandeling van kwaliteitsclaims. - Ondersteunen bij het onderhouden van ons kwaliteitssysteem en de ISO 9001-certificering. - Signaleren ...
