The posting

Wil je je technische kennis inzetten voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en duurzaamheid binnen een bouwomgeving? In deze functie krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over de administratieve opvolging van QHSE-processen en leer je hoe normen zoals ISO 9001 en VCA in de praktijk worden toegepast. Je werkt samen met ervaren collega's en krijgt een rol waarin nauwkeurigheid en verantwoordelijkheid belangrijk zijn.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je beheert de administratieve QHSE-processen en bijhorende documentatie.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat gegevens correct en volledig worden bijgehouden.
  • Je volgt wijzigingen in wetgeving, normen en interne procedures op.
  • Je ondersteunt risicoanalyses en werkt mee aan preventieve maatregelen.
  • Je registreert en rapporteert incidenten, ongevallen en bijna-ongevallen.
  • Je ondersteunt interne audits en inspecties.
  • Je helpt medewerkers bij vragen rond veilig en bewust werken.
  • Je ondersteunt opleidingen en communicatie rond QHSE.
  • Je volgt milieu- en duurzaamheidsinitiatieven administratief op.
  • Je voert beperkt werfcontroles uit, goed voor ongeveer 10% van je functie.
  • Je rapporteert over QHSE-prestaties en verbeteringen.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht bij een gevestigde, familiale bouwonderneming die actief is in bouw, renovatie en interventies voor zowel publieke als private opdrachtgevers. De organisatie is uitgegroeid tot een klasse 6-aannemer en werkt volgens onder meer ISO 9001 en VCA. Kwaliteit, procesbeheersing, digitalisatie, opleiding en teamwork staan centraal.

  • Je hebt relevante werkervaring binnen QHSE of een vergelijkbare administratief-technische functie.
  • Je hebt kennis van ISO-normen en VCA.
  • Je bent sterk in administratie en documentbeheer.
  • Je werkt zeer nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen dossiers en opvolging.
  • Je kunt vlot werken met ERP-systemen en SharePoint.Nice-to-haves
  • Ervaring binnen de bouwsector is een plus
  • Ervaring met audits, risicoanalyses of incidentenbeheer is een plus
