Als Kwaliteitsmedewerker Burgerzaken ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen beleid, wet- en regelgeving en de dagelijkse uitvoering. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening, adviseert collega's bij complexe vraagstukken en zorgt ervoor dat werkprocessen, procedures en werkinstructies actueel en eenduidig zijn. Je hebt een belangrijke rol in het continu verbeteren van de dagelijkse kwaliteit. Je deelt je vakkennis, ondersteunt collega's en signaleert waar processen beter, slimmer of efficiënter kunnen. Daarbij ga je op een positieve en verbindende manier het gesprek aan en weet je collega's mee te nemen in veranderingen. Wat ga je doen Je werkt zelfstandig en hebt een breed en afwisselend takenpakket. Je houdt de kwaliteit van de uitvoering scherp in de gaten en vertaalt ontwikkelingen in wet- en regelgeving naar de praktijk. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: Kwaliteit ; - Audits en Privacy - Bewaken en verbeteren van Kwaliteit en Processen - Planning en uitvoering van Audits en Zelfevaluatie - Privacybeheerder en AVG (met ook op digitalisering en informatiebeveiliging) Vakinhoudelijk Advies en bezwaar en beroep - Ondersteuning en geven van advies bij complexe casuïstiek - Behandeling van Bezwaar en beroepschriften - Kennisdeling Beleid, Wetgeving en Bestuur - Wetgeving vertalen naar processen, procedures - Opstellen van beleidsstukken en begeleiden van het bestuurlijk proces - Inwoners centraal - Dienstverlening Over het team Je wordt onderdeel van het team Burgerzaken waarin 20 collega's verdeeld over een frontoffice, midoffice en backoffice nauw met elkaar samenwerken.
