Voor onze landelijk opererende organisatie in de ambulante mondzorg zoeken wij een Beleids- en kwaliteitsmedewerker. Vanuit ons Service Center in Bodegraven werk je nauw samen met de Klinisch Directeur aan het bewaken en verbeteren van de kwaliteit van onze zorg en organisatie. Beleids- en kwaliteitsmedewerker | Mondzorg Bodegraven 24-32 uur per week Wat ga je doen? Je signaleert verbeterpunten, vertaalt richtlijnen naar de praktijk en zorgt ervoor dat verbeteringen daadwerkelijk worden doorgevoerd. Ook speel je een belangrijke rol in de voorbereiding op het behalen van het HKZ-certificaat. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Uitvoeren van interne audits en analyseren van de resultaten. - Bewaken van wet- en regelgeving, richtlijnen en kwaliteitsstandaarden. - Opvolgen van klachten, VIM-meldingen en verbetermaatregelen. - Ontwikkelen en actualiseren van beleid, protocollen en werkinstructies. - Verbeteren van processen en vergroten van het kwaliteitsbewustzijn. - Voorbereiden van de organisatie op het HKZ-certificaat. Fresh apple Wie ben jij? Je hebt een tandheelkundige achtergrond en kijkt graag verder dan de dagelijkse praktijk. Je ziet waar processen beter kunnen, denkt in oplossingen en neemt initiatief om verbeteringen door te voeren. Daarnaast heb je: - Een afgeronde tandheelkundige opleiding en relevante werkervaring. - Affiniteit met kwaliteitsmanagement, beleid en procesverbetering. - Een nauwkeurige, proactieve en praktische werkhouding. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken. Ervaring met interne audits, HKZ of andere kwaliteitssystemen is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste. Wat bied...
