De functie fungeert als verbindende schakel tussen beleid, uitvoering, juridische adviseurs, functioneel beheer en backoffice om processen en besluitvorming uniform te borgen. Deze specialist actualiseert brieven, beschikkingen en werkinstructies, ontwikkelt procesbeschrijvingen en verzorgt collegiale toetsing en werkbegeleiding van consulenten. De rol vereist het signaleren van procesknelpunten, het opzetten van verbeteracties en het rapporteren over rechtmatigheid en effecten in ESF-, SRG- en andere participatiedossiers. Salarisindicatie Op basis van gemeentelijke schaalindelingen ligt het bruto maandsalaris bij een contract doorgaans tussen €3.200 en €4.700 afhankelijk van ervaring en schaal. Als zelfstandig professional of consultant bij zzp opdrachten en interim werk variëren uur- of dagtarieven doorgaans tussen €55 en €110 per uur, waarbij opdrachten overheid vaak vaste projectduur en specifieke eisen kennen. Voor tijdelijke opdrachten via opdrachten overheid geldt meestal een hoger tarief bij korte inzet en specialistische kennis, terwijl vaste dienstverbanden meer secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden bieden.
