V-20069749 - Hoofddorp - Sociaal Domein - HBO - Detachering via YER De positie In jouw rol als kwaliteitsmedewerker binnen de driehoek (Kwaliteitsmedewerker - Processpecialist - Teammanager) geef je zowel gevraagd als ongevraagd juridisch advies. Je bent de inhoudelijke vraagbaak voor consulenten en ondersteunt hen bij complexe casuïstiek. Daarnaast bewaak je de kwaliteit van de uitvoering door besluiten en werkwijzen waar nodig te toetsen. Je hebt een scherp oog voor wat er speelt in de uitvoering. Relevante signalen weet jij moeiteloos te herkennen, te duiden en te vertalen naar concrete aandachtspunten voor beleid. Daarmee zorg je voor een sterke verbinding tussen uitvoering en beleidsontwikkeling. Kortom: als kwaliteitsmedewerker ben je de verbindende schakel die zorgt dat onze dienstverlening aan inburgeringsplichtigen professioneel, rechtmatig én mensgericht blijft. Je beweegt je soepel tussen uitvoering en beleid en werkt intensief samen met consulenten Inburgering, collega‑kwaliteitsmedewerkers, processpecialisten en beleidsadviseurs. Wat doe je zoal als kwaliteitsmedewerker? - Je analyseert (aankomende) wetgeving, beleid en jurisprudentie, past deze toe en legt deze uit, toetst deze op uitvoerbaarheid en vertaalt deze naar kaders voor de processen; - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud van bestaande documenten en het ontwikkelen van nieuwe documenten, zoals brieven, rapportages en beschikkingen. Hierbij maak je de vertaalslag van wet- en regelgeving naar de uitvoering waarbij je onderscheid kunt maken tussen 'de geest' en 'de letter' van de wet.
