Dit ga jij doen Als Kwaliteitsmedewerker Jeugd bij de ABG-organisatie beweeg je tussen beleid, contractmanagement en uitvoering binnen het sociaal domein, met jeugdhulp als jouw aandachtsgebied. - Als Kwaliteitsmedewerker sociaal team ben je een spin in het web, beweeg je tussen beleid, contractmanagement en uitvoering. Je beoordeelt kwaliteit aan de hand van beleid en wet- en regelgeving. Daarnaast ben je constant bezig om de kwaliteit al 'aan de voorkant' te verbeteren en te borgen. Dit houdt in dat je richtlijnen, methodes en procedures ontwikkelt en de verschillende uitvoeringsprocessen bewaakt; - Jij krijgt een grote rol in het uitvoeren van regionale en lokale verbeter- en beheersmaatregelen, maar je wordt ook uitgedaagd om zelf met nieuwe voorstellen te komen. Je adviseert over de optimalisering en aanpassingen van het beleid rondom jeugdhulp en/of de uitvoeringsregels; - Je werkt vanuit het team Kwaliteit samen met collega's van het Sociaal Team o.a. aan de toepassing van het PGB (persoonsgebonden budget) beleid.
