Heb jij jaren ervaring in lassen of metaalbewerking en wil je jouw technische kennis op een andere manier inzetten? Wil je minder zwaar fysiek werk, maar wel dagelijks bezig blijven met kwaliteit, techniek en verbeteringen?

Dan is deze functie een mooie volgende stap. Jouw ervaring op de werkvloer wordt hier niet vervangen, maar juist ingezet om anderen te helpen beter werk af te leveren.

Wat ga je doen? Als kwaliteitsmedewerker laswerk zorg jij ervoor dat metalen constructies voldoen aan de juiste kwaliteitseisen. Dankzij jouw technische inzicht herken je snel waar iets beter kan en help je mee om het productieproces verder te verbeteren.

Jouw taken:

  • Je controleert laswerken en afgewerkte metaalconstructies.
  • Je vergelijkt stukken met technische tekeningen en specificaties.
  • Je beoordeelt de kwaliteit van lasnaden en samenstellingen.
  • Je voert nauwkeurige metingen uit met de juiste meetmiddelen.
  • Je bespreekt afwijkingen met collega's van productie en zoekt samen naar oplossingen.
  • Je denkt mee over verbeteringen in werkmethodes en afwerking.
  • Je deelt jouw kennis en ervaring met collega's op de werkvloer.

Je wordt geen administratieve controleur, maar een technische expert die mee het verschil maakt in de kwaliteit van het eindproduct.
