Dan hebben wij een mooie baan voor jou! Voor een bedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in het behandelen en afwerken van metalen producten zoeken wij een Kwaliteitsmedewerker Metaal. Je komt terecht in een moderne productieomgeving met ongeveer 180 medewerkers. Hier worden dagelijks grote aantallen metalen onderdelen behandeld en afgewerkt. Kwaliteit staat daarbij centraal. In deze functie combineer je kwaliteitscontrole met praktische productiewerkzaamheden. Je bent dus niet alleen bezig met controleren, maar helpt ook actief mee op de werkvloer. Wat ga je doen? Als kwaliteitsmedewerker controleer je metalen producten die van de poedercoat- en productielijn komen. Je kijkt of de producten netjes zijn afgewerkt en voldoen aan de kwaliteitseisen. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Controleren van metalen onderdelen op beschadigingen en afwijkingen. - Meten en controleren van de laagdikte. - Signaleren van druppels, oneffenheden en andere fouten in de afwerking. - Beoordelen of producten voldoen aan de kwaliteitsnormen. - Bespreken van afwijkingen met collega's. - Ophangen van metalen onderdelen aan de productielijn. - Ondersteunen van andere productieafdelingen wanneer dat nodig is. Je hebt een afwisselende functie: een deel van je werkdag ben je bezig met kwaliteitscontroles en daarnaast help je mee in de productie. Wat breng jij mee? - Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail. - Je kunt zelfstandig werken en verantwoordelijkheid nemen. - Je hebt technisch inzicht of interesse in metaalbewerking. - Ervaring met kwaliteitscontrole of productiewerk is een pré. - Je bent praktisch ingesteld en houdt ervan om actief bezig te zijn. - Je werkt graag samen met collega's. - Je bent fysiek in staat om productiewer...
