FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Als kwaliteitsmedewerker behoren volgende taken tot je takenpakket:

  • Het uitvoeren van audits op de verschillende producten, op het proces en op de kwaliteitsprocedures
  • Het motiveren, ondersteunen en opleiden van het personeel met betrekking tot kwaliteit (producten, processen, testen)
  • Administratieve opvolging van de kwaliteitsacties en van interne klachten
  • Inkomende grondstoffen worden door jou gecontroleerd en klachten worden geregistreerd
  • Je werkt mee aan een continue verbetering van het kwaliteitsgebeuren en je kan voldoende verbeteringsvoorstellen lanceren

PROFIEL Je hebt oog voor detail en levert steeds kwaliteit af. Dankzij jouw doorzettingsvermogen ga je uitdagingen niet uit de weg en denk je oplossingsgericht. Je bent flexibel ingesteld, bereid om de nodige opleidingen te volgen en staat ervoor open om op termijn in de nachtploeg te werken. Daarnaast kan je vlot overweg met Word, Excel en Outlook en beschik je over een grondige kennis van het productieproces, waardoor je problemen snel weet te analyseren en aan te pakken.
