Bij RIWO doen we het allemaal. Om onze kwaliteit verder te versterken, zoeken we een Kwaliteitsmedewerker Panelen . Een nauwkeurige en technisch sterke collega die ervoor zorgt dat onze besturingspanelen en machines volledig voldoen aan de hoogste kwaliteitseisen voordat ze naar de klant gaan. Ben jij iemand die pas tevreden is als alles klopt? Dan maken we graag kennis met je. Wat ga je doen? Als Kwaliteitsmedewerker Panelen ben jij de laatste en belangrijkste schakel voordat een paneel of machine wordt opgeleverd. Jij controleert, test en beoordeelt of alles technisch klopt en voldoet aan de geldende normen en klantwensen. Omdat we werken aan uiteenlopende projecten, kom je dagelijks verschillende installaties, machines en besturingspanelen tegen. Geen standaardwerk dus. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het testen en controleren van besturingspanelen en machines aan de hand van schema's, richtlijnen en checklists; - Het uitvoeren van metingen, zoals isolatiemetingen, doorgangsmetingen en hoogspanningstesten; - Het opstellen van test- en kwaliteitsrapportages met moderne meetapparatuur; - Het controleren van instellingen, software en configuraties vóór oplevering; - Het verzorgen van de bijbehorende documentatie; - Het ondersteunen van collega's bij testwerkzaamheden en kwaliteitsvraagstukken. Je werkt voornamelijk vanuit onze locatie in Oldenzaal. Af en toe voer je testen uit op locatie bij de klant. Wat kan je verwachten? Een uitdagende en diverse baan voor 32-40 uur per week. Dit ga je doen bij een organisatie waar gezelligheid, samenwerking en saamhorigheid hoog in het vaandel staat.
